  3. Non-Refundable Deposits for Last-Minute Cancellations:
    • In the event of a last-minute cancellation (less than 48 hours before your appointment), please be aware that any deposit paid will be non-refundable. This policy is in place because last-minute cancellations make it challenging for us to fill the vacant appointment slot on short notice.
