- Full Refunds for Timely Cancellations
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund of any payments made. No deductions or penalties will apply, allowing you to rebook confidently at a more suitable time.
- Non-Refundable Deposits for Late Cancellations
- For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, please note that deposits are non-refundable. This policy ensures that we can fairly manage our schedule and minimize disruption caused by last-minute cancellations.

Complimentary Consultation Policy Our Commitment to You
- A complimentary consultation is always conducted on the day of your scheduled appointment.
- If, during the consultation, mutual agreement regarding the treatment cannot be reached, the procedure will not proceed, and the appointment will be concluded.
- Deposits are required to secure appointments and are strictly non-refundable in the event of last-minute cancellations.
- If a client attends their appointment but a mutual agreement cannot be established during the consultation, the treatment will not take place. In this instance, the clinic may, as a gesture of goodwill, refund the deposit at its discretion.
